There is no single UAE upload limit
This table does not claim to cover every government service. It lists only examples tied to a direct official page or guide on the verification date.
Selected Federal Tax Authority e-forms
The Administrative Exceptions form displays an attachment limit below 5 MB and accepts PDF plus selected image formats.
Additional attachments in the E-Notary system guide
The Ministry of Justice guide states that the illustrated attachment accepts an image or PDF up to 10 MB.
VAT registration through EmaraTax
The current service card accepts PDF and states a maximum size of 15 MB per document.
From an official limit to a checkable PDF
- 1Open the official service card
Confirm the file type and per-document limit, not only the total upload allowance.
- 2Inspect before changing the PDF
Check size, page count, orientation and metadata before choosing an operation.
- 3Use the lightest compression that reaches the target
If visual compression is required, inspect small text, stamps and searchability afterwards.
- 4Open and verify the output
Confirm page count and actual file size before uploading the new copy.
Start with readiness, then use compression, merging or A4 resizing according to the result.
