Refund and cancellation policy
This policy will apply to future paid PDFUAE subscriptions supplied by Safqat Alyawm Electronic Blogging Services, Dubai licence 1556206. Live payments are not enabled today.
Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of renewal at any time. Cancellation prevents the next charge and access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued or mandatory law provides otherwise.
Refund-eligible cases
- A duplicate charge for the same transaction.
- A successful payment where the plan was not activated because of a platform fault and was not corrected within 48 hours after notice.
- A material inability to provide the core advertised feature during the paid period.
- Any case where UAE law requires a refund.
How to request a refund
When payments are enabled, contact us within 14 days with the account email, transaction date and reason. Never send the full card number or security code. Approved refunds return to the original method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank.
