Use sensitive documents carefully

Do not submit highly sensitive data or process another person's documents without authority. Local browser tools are the preferred option for sensitive files. Never send passwords, identity documents or secrets to the automated assistant.

Data we process

  • Account email, display name and a one-way derived password value.
  • A secure session token and limited sign-in security records.
  • Tool settings, plan and quota information required to provide the service.
  • Files only when the user explicitly chooses a server-based operation, plus basic type and size metadata.
  • Limited security events such as upload, download and deletion status.

Local and server processing

Supported merge, split, rotate, numbering, watermark and inspection operations run in the browser and do not upload the file. The experimental automation endpoint sends a PDF temporarily to the server for selected steps and does not retain it after the request completes.

Privacy-safe measurement

We measure broad events such as opening a tool, selecting a file, success, failure and download. We do not store file names or contents in analytics. Campaign parameters may be recorded in aggregate to understand which page or channel led to a visit or business enquiry.

Payments and sharing

When checkout is enabled, card details will be entered on the payment provider's secure page and will not be stored by PDFUAE. Hosting, AI and payment providers receive only the minimum information needed for the specific service the user chooses.

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction through our contact page. We verify the requester's identity before handling account data.
