Documents received through WhatsApp often arrive as separate images with uncertain order. Some may be compressed copies or screenshots that expose chat interface details, so combining them without review can produce an incomplete or low-quality PDF.
PDFUAE converts JPG and PNG images into A4 pages inside the browser. Source images remain on your device. Review each source and avoid including conversation details that the recipient does not need.
A cleaner WhatsApp-image workflow
Save the original image
Use the save or document option instead of a screenshot when the source is available. It normally provides more detail and avoids chat interface elements.
Remove duplicates and messages
Review the gallery and exclude repeated pages or screenshots that reveal contact or conversation information not needed for the task.
Select images in order
Start with page one and continue through the attachments, then choose the appropriate A4 orientation.
Open the PDF and zoom in
Check numbers, stamps and page edges, then confirm the page count and sequence before sending.
Final image-PDF checks
No WhatsApp interface is visible
Each page appears once
Text remains clear when zoomed
No edge is cropped
Page orientation is correct
When to request a better source
Heavy image compression
Ask the sender to use the Document option when numbers or stamps are unreadable.
Angled capture
A new photo taken from above is better than enlarging a blurred, angled image.
Exposed chat details
Do not convert a full screenshot when only the document is required. Save the original or remove irrelevant areas first.
