What weakens an application pack
Ordering by filename alone
Downloaded filenames can be random. Review the actual content before combining files.
Blank or rotated pages
They interrupt review and increase size. Remove them or correct their orientation before submission.

Check signature rules. The receiver may need separate originals to validate their certificates.
